    The best way to describe an Atheist is a person who does not believe the assertion there is god. An Agnostic is a person that does not know if there is a god. So a person can be an Agnostic Atheist

      Hello, vgerdj, a person who identifies as an atheist is not neutral about the existence of god(s). If they are as yet undecided, they will say they are neither an atheist nor a theist.
